Meditation at St. Peter’s
Meditation classes are offered at St. Peter’s on Wednesdays. Designed for those new to the practice of meditation as well as those with experience, participants report they are refreshed and able to apply the benefits of meditation to many aspects of their lives. Meditation is led by life-long practitioner, Justyn Comer.
Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:15 PM, open to everyone, designed for beginners.
Wednesday evenings from 7:30 - 9:00 PM, open to everyone.
About Justyn Comer
Justyn has been practicing meditation since he was quite young. He has studied meditation around the world and has a degree in Theology and Religious Studies from Cambridge University. After moving to the United States in 1992, he worked in both Silicon Valley and on Wall Street. Beginning with informal classes in 1999, Justyn eventually established RWM Education, a non-profit company dedicated to making meditation available to everyone.
